Purchase and Return Policies
If you are purchasing a product via download, you will receive your download link by email after your order has been processed.
We will not accept returns or issue refunds for products sold by download. All download sales are final.
All physical software orders should be opened and examined immediately upon receipt.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is needed to return any software product.
Unopened items will be issued credit or a refund of the total costs of the items (minus shipping and handling fees). Any product that is returned without all components or in a condition in which can not be resold will be assessed a restocking fee. Please keep all packaging, manuals, disks, and registration cards until you are sure you are satisfied with the product(s) you have purchased. For complete, opened items returned with authorization, we will gladly issue credit that can be applied to future purchases.
RMA numbers can be obtained from our customer service department at 718-972-6200 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. No returns will be accepted or processed without an RMA.
Please note the following:
RMA’s must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items must be received within 2 weeks of the RMA's issuance.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of opened software without a proper RMA and/or deny full or partial credit for such returns.
After receiving authorization from our Technical Support department, defective products may be returned for exchanges only. Replacements for misplaced media can be purchased for a nominal fee if you have registered your product.
